Ellen Spangler lived her entire life in Ballard, West Virginia. She took meticulous care of anything in her possession including two garage-kept, low-mileage cars - a 2012 Ford Fiesta and a 2010 Ford Fusion. As the only child, she became the caretaker and keeper of all the items from the family farms over the years.
