Ms. Boley was, and always will be, one the most prominent figures in not only Hinton, West Virginia but also within the entire state of West Virginia. A certified âDistinguished Mountaineerâ, declared by West Virginiaâs former governor Joe Manchin - Ms. Boley had an incredible career with the C&O Railroad, a founding member of the Hinton Railroad Museum and a friend to many prominent city, county and state officials. Ms. Boley, known for her classy style, left behind a legacy unlike anyone else and truly put the city of Hinton, West Virginia âon the mapâ.
